Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Standard UK delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times may be longer during public holidays or peak periods.
Delivery Costs
Standard Delivery: £3.99 for orders under £40
Free Standard Delivery: On orders over £40

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
2. Shipping Method

Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery. Truuman Supplements is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses or missed deliveries.
3. Damaged or Lost Orders

4. Returns Policy
Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return products if:
The item is unused and in its original packaging
The return is requested within 30 days of receipt
Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or partially used supplements cannot be returned.
How to Return

We will provide a returns authorisation and instructions.
Ship the item back using a tracked delivery method.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after receiving the returned product.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are treated as a return followed by a new order. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
