The item is unused and in its original packaging

The return is requested within 30 days of receipt

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or partially used supplements cannot be returned.

How to Return

We will provide a returns authorisation and instructions.

Ship the item back using a tracked delivery method.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after receiving the returned product.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are treated as a return followed by a new order. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund. Contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
